This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality and reliability of the EliteStream IPTV service. We want every subscriber to be completely satisfied, and if the Service doesn’t meet your expectations, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Request within 7 days: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window are not eligible.
- First-time refund: The guarantee applies once per customer. Accounts that have previously received a refund are not eligible for a second refund on a new subscription.
- Good faith use: The Service must have been used in accordance with our Terms of Service. Refunds will not be issued if the account has been suspended for Acceptable Use Policy violations.
- Verifiable purchase: You must provide your account email address and order reference so we can locate your transaction.
Refunds are available on all paid subscription plans (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month).

4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received:
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours via your chosen contact method.
- Review: Our billing team verifies that your request meets the eligibility criteria. This typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours.
- Approval: If approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund through our payment processor.
- Account suspension: Upon refund approval, your subscription access will be deactivated immediately.
- Funds returned: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (see timelines below).
5. Refund Timeline
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days from approval date, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days from approval date. Funds typically appear in your PayPal balance first.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT): Crypto refunds are issued within 3 business days at the exchange rate applicable on the date of the original transaction. Please note that cryptocurrency values fluctuate and we cannot guarantee the same fiat value at time of refund.
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank statement and then contact us so we can follow up with our payment processor.
6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted after the 7-day guarantee window has expired.
- The account has previously received a refund (one per customer policy).
- The subscription was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., credential sharing, streaming manipulation).
- The issue reported is caused by incompatible third-party IPTV player applications, unsupported devices, or inadequate internet connection on the customer’s end (minimum 10 Mbps recommended; 25 Mbps for 4K).
- The subscription has been active for more than 7 days, regardless of actual usage.
- The refund request is for a free trial — free trials are at no cost and therefore not subject to refund.
If your issue is caused by a technical problem on our end, we will work to resolve it first. Extended technical outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) may qualify for credit extension or partial refund at our discretion, even outside the 7-day window.
7. Free Trial Policy
EliteStream offers a free trial period to new users at no cost. Because the free trial carries no charge, it is not subject to this Refund Policy. If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription after your free trial, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of that paid purchase.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account termination.
- Blacklisting of the associated email and payment method.
- A chargeback dispute filed on our behalf with documented evidence of service delivery.
