Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and EliteStream IPTV (“EliteStream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our website at elitestreamiptv.net and all associated IPTV streaming services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Service Description

EliteStream IPTV provides a subscription-based Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related features via internet connection. The Service includes:

  • Access to 25,000+ live channels from multiple countries and categories.
  • A VOD library of 140,000+ movies and series titles.
  • Full Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for live channels.
  • Catch-up TV functionality for select channels.
  • M3U playlist URL or Xtream Codes credentials for use with compatible IPTV player applications.
  • 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.

The Service is delivered via third-party IPTV player applications (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or similar). EliteStream does not provide or endorse any specific player application.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Credentials

4.1 Account Creation

Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive M3U credentials or Xtream Codes login details via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Credential Sharing

Each subscription is licensed for use by a single user on one simultaneous connection (as specified in your plan). Sharing your credentials with third parties or using them to provide IPTV access to others without a valid reseller agreement is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Security

You must notify us immediately at support@elitestreamiptv.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report in a timely manner.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Pricing

Subscription prices are listed on our Pricing page and are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5.3 Activation

Your subscription is activated within minutes of confirmed payment. You will receive your credentials by email. If you do not receive your credentials within 1 hour, contact our support team.

5.4 Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in. We will send a renewal reminder before your plan expires. You are responsible for renewing your subscription to avoid service interruption.

5.5 Taxes

Prices shown exclude any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local jurisdiction on your purchase.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your subscription credentials without an authorized reseller agreement.
  • Use the Service to stream content on more simultaneous connections than your plan allows.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the stream URLs, server infrastructure, or any proprietary technology.
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or security mechanisms of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written authorization.
  • Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.
  • Attempt to circumvent any geographic or content restrictions.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with the EliteStream website and Service are the intellectual property of EliteStream IPTV or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written permission from EliteStream IPTV.

Content delivered through the Service (live channels, movies, series) is owned by their respective broadcasters and studios. EliteStream does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessible through the Service.

8. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime and deliver a reliable streaming experience. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. Downtime may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will notify subscribers in advance when possible).
  • Unplanned technical failures or infrastructure issues.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks).
  • Blocking or restrictions imposed by your internet service provider or local government.

Brief interruptions do not entitle you to a refund. For extended outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours, please contact support to discuss remediation options.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ELITESTREAM IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused subscription time is not refunded except under our Refund Policy.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy. We may also terminate accounts for inactivity exceeding 12 months after the last subscription period.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

You agree that any legal action related to the Service must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
